The Nanny Corp is a nanny placement agency that offers nanny placements, as well as the placements of night nannies and domestic nannies in Gauteng.  We use only professional candidates that has been through the necessary screening process at our offices in Morningside Manor, Sandton.

We meet all our Domestic Nanny, Nanny and Night Nurse candidates personally to ensure that they have the skills needed to assist you in your home as a child minder, housekeeper or night nanny.  We like to build a relationship with each of our candidates so we can place her with the correct family.

This is what our candidates have to go through:

• Pre-screen process to ensure she has a minimum of 3 years’ nanny, night nanny or domestic nanny experience with a prior family
• At least 2 references which must all be favorable (working as a nanny, domestic nanny or night nanny)
• Personal meeting to ensure she is presentable and well spoken
• In depth interview to make sure we understand her strengths and weaknesses as well as personality traits to match her with the right type of family.
• Evaluation of her Childcare and Safety Skills. 
• We do Real Time Criminal Checks and fingerprint checks on all candidates to make sure they have a clear criminal record
